The owners of Noah’s Ark are suing their insurers over water damage! After heavy rains wrecked a Kentucky theme park that’s home to a replica of the biblical boat, the attraction’s proprietors demanded their insurance carriers bail them out by forking over $1 million for repairs.
But the companies didn’t answer their prayers!
That’s when the Ark Encounter in Williamstown filed a federal lawsuit.
